At Accessibly Simple, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and/or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return or refund, please contact us at hello@accessiblysimple.com within 14 days of receiving your product. We may require proof of purchase and/or photos of the product to assess the situation. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for products that have been used or damaged.

Please note that any product bought through an affiliate link is not our responsibility. In such cases, you must follow the return policy of the affiliate or the third-party vendor.

If your return or refund is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return or refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that some of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are clearly marked on our website and/or in their product descriptions.
